GDAS is very happy to be able to offer some self-help work books to aid people in managing their mental health and well-being during the tough times we’re experiencing. These workbooks have been created for GDAS by Forensic Psychology Consultancy (FP Consultancy) who are an independent practice of Psychologists with expertise in working with perpetrators of crime, victims and those at risk. These workbooks are suitable for anyone.
